AVEVA Group plc announces that on 25 September 2020 it was notified of the following share purchase and share option exercise and sale of shares which took place:
David Ward, Finance Director and Company Secretary
On 24 September 2020 Mr Ward purchased, pursuant to a condition of a Performance and Retention Award, 1,596 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 35/9 pence per share, at a price of £47.58 per share.
Steen Lomholt-Thomsen, Chief Revenue Officer
On 24 September Mr Lomholt-Thomsen exercised options over 10,000 shares following the 2017 award under the AVEVA Group Long Term Incentive Plan and sold all resulting shares at a price of £47.48 per share.
