Directors' Shareholdings

Frenkel Topping Group plc (the "Company") announces that on 11 November 2009 it received notification that on the same date, Richard Fraser, a director of the Company, sold 663,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") representing 1.21% of the issued share capital of the Company at a price of 3p per share. Julie Dean, a director of the Company, has purchased these shares.

Following this transaction, Richard Fraser is now beneficially interested in 9,421,153 Ordinary Shares, representing 17.18% of the issued share capital of the Company and Julie Dean is now beneficially interested in 663,000 Ordinary Shares representing 1.21% of the issued share capital of the Company.
