The Company was notified today that Kenneth Timmins, Director, purchased 1,275 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 155p per share on 2 June 2008. As a result of this transaction, Mr Timmins is now interested in 1,275 ordinary shares representing 0.01% of the issued share capital of the Company.

The total number of voting rights in Cavanagh Group plc is 11,590,526.
