Director's Dealings notification
The Company has been notified that on 17 January 2014 Graeme Hogg, Chief Operating Officer, sold 95,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company, at a price of 51p per ordinary share, to his self-invested personal pension, of which Mr Hogg is trustee and sole beneficiary.
Following this transaction Mr. Hogg's unchanged interest in the Company remains at 513,429 ordinary shares, representing 1.1% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
