John Hawkin's direct shareholding in the Company now stands at 4,100 Ordinary Shares which represents 0.007% of the issued share capital of the Company which is currently 59,274,606 Ordinary Shares. The Company has also been notified that John Worby, Non-Executive Director, hastoday purchased 10,000 Ordinary Shares at a price per share of 720p. John Worby's direct shareholding in the Company now stands at 10,000 Ordinary Shares which represents 0.02% of issued share capital of the Company.
