Director Shareholding

The Company was notified today that on 30 April 2009, Martin Toogood, a non-executive director of the Company, purchased 175,000 ordinary 25p shares in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 20 pence each. 

As a result of this transaction Martin Toogood has a beneficial interest in the Company of 575,000 Ordinary Shares representing 1.24% of the issued share capital of the Company.
