Headlam announces that it has been notified today that Mr S G Wilson (a person discharging managerial responsibilities within Headlam) purchased 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 300.00 pence per share on 7 April 2011.

Following this transaction, Mr S G Wilson is beneficially interested in 450,770 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.54% of the issued share capital of Headlam.

The place of these transaction was the London Stock Exchange.
