Director Shareholding
On the 7 April 2015 EPE Special Opportunities plc ("ESO plc" or the "Company") announced that, along with the other Directors, Geoffrey Vero purchased 18,182 Ordinary Shares in the market at 110p per share.
It has since come to light that, owing to an administrative oversight between Mr Vero's stockbroker and his pension provider, such purchase was never actually settled. Mr Vero has now remedied this and on 29 September 2015 purchased 18,182 Ordinary Shares in the market at 110p per share
He now holds 78,802 Ordinary Shares representing 0.28% of the issued Ordinary Share capital of the Company
