Renew (AIM: RNWH), the Engineering Services Group supporting UK infrastructure, has been notified that on 23 March 2012, David Forbes, independent Non-Executive Director, acquired 20,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 73.4 pence per share.
As a result of this transaction Mr Forbes has a beneficial interest in 20,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.03% of the issued share capital of the Company.
