Lighthouse Group plc (AIM: LGT), the national financial advisory group, announces that on 10 May 2018 the Group Compliance and Risk Director, Mr Ken Paterson, purchased 55,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 25 pence per Ordinary Share for his SIPP.
Following the above transaction, Mr Ken Paterson has a total beneficial holding of 100,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.08% of the Company's issued share capital.
