Lighthouse Group plc (AIM: LGT), the national financial advisory group, announces that on 9 May 2018 the Group's Chief Executive Officer, Mr Malcolm Streatfield, purchased 67,000 ordinary shares of 1p nominal value ("Ordinary shares") at a price of 23.875p per Ordinary Share for his SIPP.
Following the above transaction, Mr Malcolm Streatfield has a total beneficial holding of 2,791,563 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.19% of the Company's issued share capital.
