Board Changes

The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Mehdi Gashi as an Executive Director. Following the appointment of Mr Gashi, Salvatore Diliberto has agreed to become a Non-Executive Director of the Company. Both Board appointments are effective with immediate effect.

Mr Gashi, aged 38, is currently a director of GPM 2000 Ltd and was previously a director of Prezzo plc. There are no other matters that are required to be disclosed under Schedule 2 paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules in relation to the appointment of Mr Gashi.
