African Minerals Limited (AIM: AMI) announces that Mr. Cui Jurong, a non-executive director, advised the Company today of his resignation as a director of the Company with immediate effect. Mr Cui was nominated as a director by Shandong Iron and Steel Group ("SISG") in exercise of their rights under the subscription agreement related to the Tonkolili operating companies. SISG have not nominated a replacement director.
