Tandem Group PLC13 May 2005 13 May 2005 Tandem Group plc Directorate changes Tandem Group plc, the sports & leisure equipment manufacturer and distributor,announces that Paul Vicary has today resigned from the board and that Stephen Grant will be appointed as a Director on 9 June 2005, immediately following the Annual General Meeting. Stephen, 44, commenced employment with MV Sports & Leisure Ltd in 1990 andjoined its board in November of that year. In June 1996 he became ManagingDirector of MV Sports Group Plc, which was acquired by Tandem Group plc in April 2003. There is no further information to disclose in respect of Stephen Grant underparagraph (f) of schedule 2 to the AIM Rules.
