Ecclesiastical Insurance Office plc ("EIO") announces that, subject to regulatory approval:

1. Mr David Henderson will be appointed as Chairman of the Group Remuneration Committee to succeed Ms Denise Wilson who will retire from the Board later in the year.

2. Mr Chris Moulder will be appointed as Chairman of the Group Risk Committee to succeed Mr Tony Latham who will retire from the Board later in the year.
