Directorate change
On 13 July 2016 e2v technologies plc announced that Charles Hindson, Group Finance Director, had informed the Board that he will not stand for re-election at the Company's AGM in 2017.
The Company now announces that it has agreed with Charles that he will step down as a director of the business on 31 January 2017.
