Sherborne Investors (Guernsey) B Limited (the "Company") announces the retirement of Ian Brindle as non-executive Chairman and as a director of the Company, effective upon completion of the proposed transfer of the trading of the Company's shares to the Specialist Fund Market of the London Stock Exchange. Details of the transfer were announced on 8 April 2013 and it is expected to complete on 7 May 2013, subject to requisite approvals.

Effective upon Mr. Brindle's retirement, Talmai Morgan, a current non-executive director of the Company, will become non-executive Chairman. The Company proposes to appoint a new non-executive director in due course.

Talmai Morgan said:
