Wren, the provider of Extra Care and retirement housing, announces the resignation of David Slade, as a non-executive director of Wren with immediate effect. David Slade is resigning in order to focus more closely on his other business activities which are taking up a considerable amount of time in the current market conditions.  

David Slade commented:-

"I wish Wren Homes every success in the future and hope that it can find a replacement that can devote more time and energy"

Brian Nathan, Wren Homes Chairman, replied:-
