Baronsmead VCT 3 plc Directorate Change
The Directors announce that, consequent to his becoming chairman of Baronsmead VCT 4 plc, Mr Robert Owen has today resigned as a Director of Baronsmead VCT 3 plc. The Directors regret that the listing rules now applying to venture capital trusts have made this necessary and would like to thank Mr Owen for his very valuable contribution to the Board during his appointment.
