Directorate Change

The Company announces that Shasha Lu, one of its non-executive directors, has resigned as a director of the company with immediate effect.

Shasha Lu was appointed as a director of the Company in conjunction with the investment by HK ECE and the Company would like to thank her for her contribution as a director during that time. HK ECE will appoint a replacement director in due course.
