Taylor Wimpey plc (the "Company") announces, in accordance with paragraph 6.4.6R(2) of the UK Listing Rules, that Clodagh Moriarty, independent Non Executive Director, has notified the Company of her intention to step down from the Board, to focus on her role as Chief Executive of Dunelm Group plc. Clodagh's leaving date will be announced in due course.

A search process for Clodagh's replacement is underway to ensure that the Board continues to hold the most appropriate balance of skills and expertise.
