Syntopix Group plc (AIM:SYN), the antimicrobial experts delivering healthcare innovation to the cosmetic, consumer healthcare and pharmaceutical industries, announces that Dr. Jonathan Cove will resign as a director of the Company, effective from 1 July 2011.
Dr. Cove will continue as an employee of the Company for a further three months until 30 September 2011.
Dr. Stephen Jones commented: ''The board would like to thank Dr. Cove for his loyal service and contribution to the Company over the years and wishes him well in the future."
