MULBERRY GROUP PLC ("Mulberry" or the "Group")

DIRECTORATE CHANGE

Mulberry announces that Roger Mather, Group Finance Director, has today notified the Board of his intention to resign after eight years' service. He will remain on the Board as Group Finance Director until 30th June 2016 in order to ensure that there is a smooth transition with his successor.

Godfrey Davis, Chairman says:

"The Board would like to express its thanks to Roger for his valuable contribution to the Group over the past eight years during which time we have nearly quadrupled our turnover. The search for his successor has commenced and we are delighted that Roger has agreed to continue with the Group until the end of June 2016 in order to ensure a professional handover of duties."
