Forum Energy, the UK incorporated oil and gas exploration and production company with a focus on the Philippines, announces that Mr Andrew Mullins has today been removed from both his position as a director on the board of Forum Energy and his position as Forum Energy's company secretary.

Mr Paul Forrest has replaced Mr Andrew Mullins as Forum Energy's company secretary.
