Resignation of Non-Executive Director

2nd March 2018 - Global Invacom Group Limited ("Global Invacom" or "the Group"), a satellite communications ("Sat Comms") equipment provider listed on the Singapore Exchange and the U.K. AIM Market, announces the resignation of Mr Gregory Knox Jones as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from today to focus and devote more time to his other business commitments.

The Board would like to extend its appreciation to Mr Gregory Knox Jones for his services and contribution during his tenure of office as a Non-Executive Director.
