Xchanging plc, the fast growing international, pure play business processing company, announces that Adele Browne, Executive Director, Sales and Commercial, has tendered her resignation as a director of the Company, with effect from 31 December 2008. 

Adele will remain employed on a part-time basis by the Company as Head of Sales and Commercial.
