Directorate Changes
Insetco announces that Simon Sacerdoti and Joanne Cutmore have resigned from the Board with immediate effect. The Company thanks them for their service and wishes them both every success for the future.
Insetco further announces that Julian Steven Seidman has been appointed as a director of the Company with immediate effect.
Julian Steven Seidman
Julian Seidman, aged 56, is a chartered accountant with significant experience obtained in entrepreneurial growth companies including media, distribution and telecoms in both the quoted and private sectors. He has expertise in fund raising and M&A activities as well as listed company board representation. He has been involved with the company as its chief financial officer since its inception in 2010.
