Directorate Change of Responsibilities

Bristol Water plc announces that with effect from 1 December 2009, Sr Miquel Anglada, an executive director of the Company, will take up the post of Finance Director. The former Finance Director, Mr. Stefano Pellegri, will remain on the board of directors as a non-executive director.
