Eco City Vehicles PLC, the co-developer and supplier of the London licensed Mercedes Vito taxi, announces that it has implemented a board restructuring as a result of which Steven McCarthy, Chief Operating Officer, has resigned as a director with immediate effect.
Trevor Parker, Chief Executive of ECV, said: "On behalf of the Board I would like to thank Steven for his valuable contribution to ECV over the years and we wish him well for the future."
