NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR APPOINTMENT

The Board of Tex Holdings plc is delighted to announce the appointment of Mr David Redhead as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 1st July 2013.

Mr Redhead is currently Managing Director of BSP International Foundations Limited, a role he has held for 17 of the 42 years that he has worked for this wholly owned Tex subsidiary.

After stepping down as Managing Director in June 2013, he will assume the role of Non-Executive Chairman of BSP.
