Tullett Prebon plc (the "Company") today announces that Michael Fallon has resigned as a non-executive director of the Company with effect from 1 June 2010.

Michael Fallon became a director of the Company in December 2006 and had previously served as a director of Collins Stewart Tullett plc since September 2004.

Keith Hamill, Chairman of Tullett Prebon plc, said: "The Board would like to thank Michael for his services to the Company."
