Dublin, 20 February, 2009: Newcourt Group plc ('Newcourt' or the 'Company'), the Irish based, support services group, announces that Mr Ted O'Neill will retire from the Board with immediate effect. Mr O'Neill informed the company of his intention to retire to fully focus on his other business interests.
