TOTAL PRODUCE AppointS Non-Executive Director

Total Produce plc is pleased to announce that Seamus Taaffe (61) has joined the Board as a non-executive director. Seamus was a Senior Partner in KPMG, where he advised many public limited companies and middle market Irish companies. He is also a director of a number of private Irish companies.

Full details of his current and past directorships and partnerships within the last five years are provided under a separate regulatory filing and there are no other items requiring disclosure in accordance with Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules and the ESM Rules. Seamus Taaffe does not currently have any interest in ordinary shares in Total Produce.
