Mr Santambrogio joined the Board in June 2002, having previously served as analternate for another director. He is a director of Brederode InternationalS.A.R.L., a longstanding major shareholder of Novae Group plc. He has sat on theBoard's Audit, Investment, Nominations and Remuneration Committees.
