Confirmation of Board Changes/Appointment of Director

Further to its announcement on 19 August 2014, which provided notification of the retirement of Richard Perry, Group Finance Director and appointment of John Pratt as his successor in January 2015, Fenner PLC announces that John Pratt will join the Board as Group Finance Director with effect from 21 January 2015, at which point Richard Perry will step down from the Board.

There are no disclosures required in respect of John Pratt under paragraph 9.6.13 (2) - (6) of the Listing Rules.
