Appointment of Company Secretary and Notice of Trading Update
e2v technologies plc, the specialist developer and manufacturer of high technology components and sub-systems, is pleased to announce the appointment of Sally Weatherall as Company Secretary with immediate effect.
Mike Hannant has therefore relinquished his responsibilities as Company Secretary and continues as Group Finance Director, as part of the previously announced succession plan.
e2v will provide an update on trading for the year ended 31 March 2009 on Monday 6 April 2009.
