RETIREMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
A & J Mucklow Group plc announces that Mr David Austin will retire as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 30 June 2011.
Rupert Mucklow, commented: "David has made an immense contribution to the Company over the past 16 years and we will miss his extensive knowledge and lifetime of experience, working in the property industry".
The role of Senior Independent Non-Executive will be taken over by Mr Paul Ludlow and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee by Mr Stephen Gilmore. Mr Jock Lennox was appointed Chairman of the Audit Committee in December 2010.
