Immunodiagnostic Systems Holdings PLC ("IDS"), a leading producer of automated and manual specialist diagnostic testing kits and instrumentation for the clinical and research markets, today announces that Dr Burkhard Wittek, a Non-Executive Director, stepped down from the Board with effect from 6 March 2014.
