Appointment of Non-Executive Director

IntegraFin Holdings plc ("IntegraFin" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Victoria Cochrane to the Board as an independent non-executive director, and as the senior independent director, with effect from today's date. 

Victoria is currently a non-executive director of Perpetual Income and Growth Investment Trust plc, a FTSE 250 company holding funds of £1bn. There, Victoria chairs the Audit Committee and is a member of the Management Committee.

There is no other information to be disclosed under Listing Rule 9.6.13.
