Hansard Global plc is pleased to announce, effective 24th September 2012, that Philip Gregory, an existing Independent Non-Executive Director, will take over from Bernard Asher the roles of Senior Independent Director, Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and Chairman of the Nominations Committee.
Bernard Asher, an Independent Non-Executive Director, will remain a member of the Remuneration Committee and the Nominations Committee.
