Further to the announcement made on 15th March 2017 that Viscount Lifford would retire from the Board and Committee's of McKay Securities PLC in September 2017, it is confirmed that the retirement date will be 18th September 2017.
Jon Austen will take over as Senior Independent non-executive Director from Viscount Lifford from that date.
This declaration is pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.11.
