As announced on 21 March 2016, Jock Lennox (Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee) has stepped down from the Board following today's Annual General Meeting.
Peter Hartill, a Chartered Accountant, has taken over the Chairmanship of the Audit Committee from today's date in accordance with the announcement of his appointment to the Board on 22 June 2016.
