Bank of Georgia Group PLC announces Board Committee Change

Bank of Georgia Group PLC announces that independent non-executive director Hanna Loikkanen has taken over from Al Breach as Chair of the Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors, effective from 26 September 2020. Mr Breach will remain a member of the Remuneration Committee. The membership of the Remuneration Committee is otherwise unchanged.

This announcement has been made in accordance with the requirements of Listing Rule 9.6.11.
