Board changes

The Company announces the following change to its Board of Directors.

On 18 April 2018 Ian McElroy joined the Board of the Company as a non-independent non-executive Director, being an executive director of Tier One Capital Limited.

There is no additional disclosure to be made in respect of Ian McElroy pursuant to paragraph LR 9.6.13R of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.

Stephen Black, an executive director of Tier One Capital Limited, stepped down from the Board of the Company following the Annual General Meeting on 18 April 2018.
