TOTAL PRODUCE AppointS Non-Executive Director
Total Produce plc is pleased to announce that Mr. Michael Meghen will join its Board as a non-executive director with effect from 1 July 2018.
Michael (63) is a retired senior corporate lawyer and has spent his career as a partner in Arthur Cox, Ireland's largest legal firm. He possesses significant knowledge and experience in all aspects of company law and practice with a particular expertise in Mergers & Acquisitions.
Full details of his current and past directorships within the last five years will be provided under a separate regulatory filing. There are no other items requiring disclosure in accordance with Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules and the ESM Rules. Michael Meghen does not currently have any interest in ordinary shares in Total Produce.
