Resignation of Chairman
The Board of Grand Group Investment plc announces that non-executive director and Chairman James Newman has tendered his resignation from the Board of the Company.
The Board would like to thank James for his hard work and service for the Company since the IPO, and wishes him all the best in his future endeavour.
The Board remains composed of three Executive Directors, Messrs Yang Xiao and Zhou Jiang and Li Chuang and one independent non-executive director, Mr. Mark Hemmann. Mr. Yang Xiao will act as interim Chairman.
