Pivot Entertainment Group plc (AIM: PVT), the transatlantic media and entertainment company, today announces the departure of Chief Executive, Jeremy Barbera, from the Board with immediate effect. David Stoller will assume the responsibilities of Chief Executive, in addition to his existing role of Executive Chairman, in the interim period.

Commenting on the changes, David Stoller says:
