DIRECTORATE CHANGES

The Company is pleased to announce that, pursuant to the Relationship Agreement entered into between the Company, Energees Investments Limited and JSC Smart Holding UA ("JSC Smart"), as announced on 3 March 2011, Energees Investments Limited has nominated, and the Company has appointed Sergii Glazunov as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect in place of Denis Rudev, who has resigned from the Board with immediate effect.

Mr Glazunov is a Ukrainian national and is currently the Director of Corporate Development at JSC Smart. He is a qualified Chartered Financial Analyst with an MBA from Wayne State University.
