Great Portland Estates plc appoints non-executive director
The Board of Great Portland Estates plc is delighted to announce that Jonathan Nicholls has been appointed as a non-executive director with effect from 10 July 2009.
Mr Nicholls, most recently Group Finance Director of Old Mutual Plc, was also previously Group Finance Director of Hanson plc.
There is no further disclosure required in relation to Mr Nicholls pursuant to Rule 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules.
