Board change
Mark Rolfe, Independent Non-Executive Director, has stepped down from the Board effective from the conclusion of today's Annual General Meeting.
The Chairman thanked Mark for his immense contribution and wise counsel to the Board during his seven years' service.
David Adams, appointed to the board on 19 October 2017 as an Independent Non-Executive Director, replaces Mark as Chair of the Audit Committee.
